Cancellation & Refund Policy

Should any services be cancelled by the customer after Nautilus International Jobs have processed the order, the customer will be liable for the full cost of the services.

If any service is cancelled before Nautilus International Jobs has processed the order, a refund may be made at our discretion. All refunds will be subject to an administration fee - a minimum of 10% of the value of the order.

If Nautilus International cannot fulfil an order for whatsoever reason (excluding matters outside of our control, customer negligence or non-compliance with our Terms & Conditions of service), we will refund any payments that have been made in relation to the service, in full.
